This special release Whiskey is 60% blend of 2-Year rye aged in White American Oak barrels with a Level 3 char, blended with 40% 8-Month aged rye in White American Oak Barrels with a Level 4 char. This special blend encompasses a full body rye that is sweet and spicy all wrapped into one.

Petoskey Stone Fossilized Gin
We wanted to try our skills with a dark spirit and this is what we created. Our Fossilized Gin is aged for 6 months in 30 gallon Michigan White Oak Barrels. The White Oak creates a perfect balance with our locally sourced lavender, which is infused into our gin. Enjoy neat or on the rocks….because yes, its that smooth!
